Costa Rica Luxury Rentals Guest Policies
Payment Policy:
A 50% deposit is required at the time of reservation, payable by bank wire or credit card. The remaining 50% must be received at least 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date.
Insurance Policiy for Damages:
- At the time of booking you are required to pay a $45 insurance policy for accidental damages.
- Upon check in guests are required to leave a $250 refundable security deposit (via credit card) for loss of their unit key and beach club pass.
- Guests are also required to sign an open voucher for any negligent damages or missing items from their unit.
- There will be a $1000 penalty for smoking inside any residential guest condo.
Cancellation Policiy:
During Green & High Season if the reservation is cancelled 30 days prior to arrival, CR Luxury will only retain 25% (or a minimum of 1 night) of the rental charge. Renter will have the option to use their 25% (or a minimum of 1 night) to reschedule, within a year, in the same condo and upon availability.
During Peak Season if the reservation is cancelled 30 days prior to arrival, CR Luxury will retain 50% of the rental charge. Renter will have the option to reschedule, within a year time, in the same condo and upon availability.
