. Please ask us about discounted rates for stays over seven days, long term rentals, as well as our custom fishing, honeymoon and golf packages.

. Our staff would be happy to make arrangements for airport transportation, car rentals and tours. Please contact us for current rates for these services.

. Payment Policy: A 50% deposit is required at the time of reservation, payable by bank wire or credit card. The remaining 50% must be received at least 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date.

. Upon check-in, you are required to leave a $1,500 damage deposit, which will be returned to you upon the successful inspection of your rental unit.

. Cancellation policy: no refunds will be provided. However, we will gladly reschedule your stay if you are unable to adhere to your original reservation, subject to availability. This credit must be used within one year of the original check-in date.
