Terms and Conditions of Use

Welcome to CR Luxury. By accessing, reserving, or using our vacation rental and lodging services, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Reservations and Payments
1.1. To confirm a reservation, the client must pay 50% of the total amount at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid 30 days prior to the arrival date.
1.2. For reservations made within 30 days of the arrival date, 100% of the total amount will be charged at the time of booking.
1.3. All prices listed on our website are expressed in U.S. Dollars (USD), unless otherwise stated.
1.4. All payments must be made through methods authorized by CR Luxury. We are not responsible for payments made outside of our official platforms.
2. Cancellation and Modification Policy
2.1. All reservations are strictly non-refundable.
2.2. Clients may, at no additional cost, reschedule their stay within 12 months from the original arrival date, subject to availability.
2.3. If the new dates have a higher rate than the original reservation, the client will be required to pay the difference. If the new rate is lower, no credit or refund will be issued.
2.4. Rescheduling requests must be made at least 30 days prior to the original arrival date.
3. Guest Responsibility
3.1. The client and their guests are responsible for the proper use of the property, furniture, and all included services.
3.2. Any damage caused to the property during the stay will be the client’s responsibility and must be fully covered before check-out.
3.3. The number of occupants may not exceed the limit stated in the reservation confirmation.
4. Privacy and Security
4.1. CR Luxury collects and uses personal information solely for the purposes of managing reservations, communication, and providing contracted services.
4.2. We do not share personal information with third parties, except when necessary to complete the reservation process (such as payment processing or authorized service providers).
4.3. We implement reasonable security measures to protect our clients’ information; however, the use of the internet always carries certain risks beyond our control.
5. General Conditions
5.1. CR Luxury reserves the right to cancel or modify a reservation under exceptional circumstances, such as force majeure, natural disasters, or emergencies.
5.2. In the event that CR Luxury must cancel a reservation due to exceptional circumstances, the client will be entitled to reschedule their stay within 12 months from the original arrival date.
5.3. These Terms and Conditions may be modified at any time without prior notice. The updated version will always be available on our official website.
6. Acceptance
6.1. By making a reservation with CR Luxury, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
